Il Lollapalooza 2016 si svolgerà dal 28 al 31 Luglio 2016 al Grant Park di Chicago. Quest’anno per il 25 anniversario della manifestazione, è stato aggiunto un giorno di concerti. Grandissima lineup che vedrà come protagonisti tra i tanti: Radiohead, Red Hot Chili Peppers e LCD Soundsystem.

In totale, saranno oltre 170 gli artisti che si esibiranno nella 4 giorni di Chicago su 8 differenti palchi e che vedranno tra i protagonisti anche Lana Del Rey, Future, Ellie Goulding, Major Lazer and Disclosure.

I radiohead arrivano al Lollapalooza 2016 dopo più di 4 anni che mancavano dagli Stati Uniti. La band si esibirà anche al Madisono Square Garden il 26 Luglio e il 27 Luglio sarà invece al Montreal Osheaga Music and Art Festival. Vi ricordiamo che dai rumors trapelati nei giorni scorsi, i Radiohead finalmente usciranno con il nuovo disco (quindi aspettate la recensione), il primo dai tempi di King of Limbs.

Forse, la giornata più attesa di tutte con il grande ritorno dei LCD Soundsystem. Sciolti 5 anni fa dopo 3 album stellari, tornano finalmente insieme ora che hanno superati i vecchi dissapori. Interessante anche la presenza di Ellie Goulding e di Bryson Tiller.
